Terms and Conditions.

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of your use of the Bary Eaton's website. Please send any suggestions or comments about this site to gmtprojects. Please also see our disclaimer.

We aim to post your order out within 3 days. Orders are shipped 1st class post. For orders outwith the UK, please see here.

On-line: Orders are processed through the Paypal gateway, who accept all major credit and debit cards, and paypal account payments. It is not necessary to have a paypal account to pay with your credit / debit card. Even if you have a Paypal account, you can still opt to pay without actually logging into Paypal. We simply use Paypal as a card processing system.

Cheque: if you would like to pay by cheque, please follow the shop guide to paying by cheque.

You will receive an email from Paypal, (our shopping cart provider).

Cancelling your purchase : If you are unhappy with your purchase, and it is not faulty or mis-described, then please simply let us know by email, or in writing. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the day of delivery. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense, and you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you do not return the goods, then we will arrange to have the goods collected, and sorry - but we will charge you for this. If the goods are returned damaged, and this is a result of poor packaging, then, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty or misdescribed goods: If the goods are faulty or mis-described, please please let us know and return the goods, with their original, undamaged packaging, and we will refund your purchase.

If you are at all worried or concerned about returning your product, or are un-satisfied in any way with the product, please do contact us and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you.

UK: Postage is £1 per book.

DELAYED ORDERS: If your item is not in stock, we will keep you informed about this delay, by email, giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In addition we will email you when your purchase is dispatched. Orders may take 5-7 days to arrive.

TAX CHARGES: All orders include VAT.

CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD SECURITY: Your order is completely and securely processed by Paypal. No credit/debit card numbers are stored by us.

We will not disclose buyers information to any third parties. Paypal keeps track of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses.
